Resolving disputes and conflicts in a non-adverarial manner is challenging but rewarding work. This site will be devoted to facilitating an open and frank discussion about non-adversarial dispute resolution, focussing on collaborative practice, mediation, and other processes that promote respectful and constructive communications toward achieving resolution. The hope is that attorneys, financial professionals, counselors, judges, and mediators will all find resources for achieving successful resolution of their matters and an outlet for discussing the problems and obstancles that come up in their work.
